		<description>Good question.  I&#039;ve tried to demystify the calculations as best as I can.  However, it is a fairly involved multi-step calculation.  Have you tried my Ogilvie calculator?  That calculator&#039;s outputs are what you should get when you perform the entire calculation.</description>
